Hello. I'm Jacob Lions. Since arriving in the Asheville area in the Fall of 2004,  I have lived my dreams of renovating unique turn of the century properties and serving my community by providing a respite from daily life through my Secret Garden Inn and Spa.

I now focus 100% of my attention to Real Estate Investing and Consulting. As a Broker, I bring 24 years of experience representing Sellers, Buyers and Investors of Real Property. I represent all forms of real estate and can do so with confidence since I have owned or sold every type and form of real estate, including land, residential and commercial.  My expertise is in identifying unique and strategically located properties where there is the possibility to add value and increase their overall potential. My natural ability and understanding of real estate has proven to provide me with the advantage of being an authority in my profession.
