Biltmore Lake is community located just west of Asheville, NC and is easily accessible via US Hwy 19/23 and Interstate 40.

In the center of the community is a gorgeous 62 acre lake from which the community gets its name Biltmore Lake. The relaxing setting at the Biltmore Lake Club House to the neighborhood trails system, nothing in this meticulously executed community has been overlooked. Biltmore Lake Community is located on 1300 acres of gentle rolling hills, with miles of natural walkways, connecting parks, a lake area and retail shopping all with breathtaking mountain views.

The lake and its private roads, parks, and common areas throughout the community are maintained by The Biltmore Lake Community Association, an organization uniquely adaptable to changing technology and community needs.

There are several public schools adjacent to Biltmore Lake including Enka High School, Enka Middle School and the newly constructed Hominy Valley Elementary.  There are many opportunities for higher education close to the Biltmore Lake Community. Area colleges include the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Warren Wilson College, Brevard College, and Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.

The Retail Village at Biltmore Lake is located on Sand Hill Road and includes neighborhood shopping, Post Office and Library.
